In these sessions you are encouraged to bring along any questions you have for your spirit guides, these can be about all areas of your life you are seeking clarity and support, relationships, career, your spiritual gifts, whatever you would like to cover.
Past Life Regression
Explore the stories that may still echo through your life today.
Past Life Regression is a guided journey into another lifetime, allowing you to explore the people, places, experiences and themes that emerge. Similar to a meditation, you'll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed state, using hypnosis techniques to help quiet busy thoughts and allow your awareness to move beyond the everyday mind. From there, the journey unfolds naturally as you explore a past life and the experiences within it.
As the journey progresses, you may move beyond that lifetime and into the etheric realm — a space where you can connect with your spirit guides and explore the deeper meaning behind what you've experienced. You may receive answers to questions you've carried, gain new perspectives on recurring patterns or relationships, and allow unresolved emotions, experiences or energetic connections to be released and healed.
There is nothing you need to force, remember or get "right." Your experience is unique to you, and you remain aware and in control throughout the journey.

Life Between Lives
Journey to the moment between lives where you planned the life you're living now.
Life Between Lives offers a deeper exploration of the soul's journey — moving beyond individual past lives and into the space between incarnations.
This journey begins by gently exploring your current lifetime, travelling back through significant experiences and early-life conditioning before moving into a womb regression. This can bring powerful realisations about the experiences, emotions and influences that have shaped the person you have become. From the womb, the journey continues beyond this lifetime and into the Etheric realm — the space between incarnations where you may connect with your Spirit Guides and explore the intentions behind the life you chose.
Here, you may encounter your Spirit Council, explore your pre-life planning and gain insight into the soul contracts, relationships, lessons and experiences woven into your current incarnation.
There may be questions you've carried for years, patterns you've struggled to understand, or experiences that have felt difficult to make sense of. This journey creates space to explore those questions from a wider soul perspective, while allowing for energetic release, healing and a deeper sense of understanding.
You remain aware and in control, allowing the experience to unfold naturally rather than trying to force what you believe you should encounter.

Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Danni. I've always been fascinated by the idea of anything mystical or supernatural, and spent much of my childhood immersed in Fantasy or Sci-Fi books, wishing for the world to be a little more Magical.
One day, in my late 20s, I found myself discovering stories of Past Life Regression online. I began to explore even deeper through books, podcasts and videos. What began for me as curiosity became a deeper fascination with the soul's journey, healing, answers and sense of magic that Past Life Regression can help people discover. This eventually lead me to train in Spiritual Hypnosis and start my work at Fable and Echo.
My approach is gentle, intuitive and deeply respectful of each person's journey. One of the things I love most about this work is that I don't have to tell you what your experience means, what you should see, remember or believe. Instead, I guide you through the journey while creating space for your own memories, insights and answers to unfold naturally.
Whether you're exploring a past life, travelling beyond this lifetime, or seeking a deeper understanding of your own soul journey, the experience belongs to you. You are the one discovering the story, finding the meaning and deciding what resonates with you.

No. You don't need to arrive with a particular belief system. Curiosity and an open mind are enough. You are invited to explore your experience without needing to decide beforehand exactly what it means.

You don't need to be able to create vivid mental pictures. Experiences can come through in many different ways — feelings, sensations, emotions, thoughts, words, memories, impressions or a simple sense of knowing.
Personally, when I am regressed it is very rare that I ‘see’ images, as most information comes to me through emotions and inner knowing.

Yes. You can communicate with me throughout the experience, and I will gently guide you through each stage of the journey and help you explore what arises.
There will also be an opportunity later in the session for us to ask the questions you have prepared for the session and any others that have arisen.

You remain conscious throughout the experience and can usually recall the journey afterwards, much like remembering a vivid dream or meditation. Some details may become clearer as you reflect on the experience afterwards.
We will also record the session so you will receive a copy of the session audio to listen back to later.

I ask for you to allow up to 3 hours. We usually spend about 30 mins prior to the session going through questions that you’d like to ask during the session, your intentions and any other questions you may have for me going into the session.
We can also do the pre-session talk a few days prior if your preference on the day of the session is to be able to jump straight into it.

You are gently supported throughout the journey. Emotional experiences can arise naturally, and there is no need to force yourself through anything. Your experience can be explored at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
We are in control of the session and if something feels too much we have the ability to gently seperate you from the scene or to skip past it.
