Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fable and Echo values your time and reserves appointment availability specifically for each client.

Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in the session fee being forfeited.

Refunds for Sessions

Due to the personalised nature of sessions, refunds are generally not available once a session has commenced.

If you have concerns regarding your experience, please contact us so we can discuss the matter.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, including guided meditations and downloadable resources, refunds may not be available once access has been provided or the product has been downloaded.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund or rescheduling requests outside of this policy may be considered at the discretion of Fable and Echo on a case-by-case basis.
