Past Life Regression is a guided journey into another lifetime, allowing you to explore the people, places, experiences and themes that emerge. Similar to a meditation, you'll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed state, using hypnosis techniques to help quiet busy thoughts and allow your awareness to move beyond the everyday mind. From there, the journey unfolds naturally as you explore a past life and the experiences within it.

As the journey progresses, you may move beyond that lifetime and into the etheric realm — a space where you can connect with your spirit guides and explore the deeper meaning behind what you've experienced.   • I have been fortunate to have a few sessions now with Danni, they have each been amazing. I felt very comfortable and safe each time. Danni has a calming voice and she is very kind, patient and nurturing. My regressions have luckily flowed for me and been successful. I also know that if I didn't see anything or was uncomfortable, Danni would never pressure me to go further if I did not want to. Her questions work perfectly to bring through more and help identify things and explain details. Her taking notes or recording in the session is beyond helpful as I forget so much of what happened.   • At first it felt uncomfortable just because I have some current health issues around breathing but started to relax and tap into my past lives and Danni was amazing at getting me to feel relaxed and in a safe environment for me to open up. She helped me tap into 3 past lives that were most important and made sense though I've had hundreds of past lives. This gave me so many more details than a guided past lives group meditation or akashic record review meditation that I’ve done previously. I loved how much flexibility/options she offered throughout to adapt to what comes up. Immediately after the session I received validation about one of the people that came up during my session. During my sessions with Danni, we explored lives that stretched the boundaries of what most would consider a “past life". In one session, I experienced life as the element of wind, and in another, as a mermaid. To the logical and rational mind, these could be seen as symbols of a connection to nature or my own fantasies. Yet beyond logic, I like to believe there is magic and the forces of the universe we can’t yet fully make sense of yet. Since our session, these symbols have started to piece themselves together through subtle signs and nudges in my day to day.
